It is critical that you know how to properly remove your makeup with the best makeup remover for your skin type. You also need to decide on whether or not you need an eye makeup remover in addition.

If you don't properly cleanse your skin, then all the dust and dirt and oil and pollen and pollution that settled on your skin and mixed with your makeup during the day remains on your skin while you sleep.

Hmmm.... Not good. Sleepy time is when your skin refreshes and renews itself from the rigors of the day...

You also need to avoid stripping your skin of its precious oils!
