Is mineral makeup safe for combo oily and sensitive skin?

I have oily skin, but it is also sensitive. I live in Texas, so especially in the summer, sweating has made a lot of other make up run or ruin.
1. Does mineral makeup work (or does it cake up or smear like most others) if used on my type complexion in these conditions?
2. The last thing I need is makeup that is supposed to reduce oil or shine or has botanical ingredients that smell like a rain forest but end up making me break out. Is mineral make up safe for my sensitive skin?
3. Is there any risk of skin allergies from mineral make up? Some botanical / all natural stuff ends up makes me react, thus I can’t wear makeup precisely when I want/need it the most (after breaking out).

I know these are a lot of questions. It would be wonderful if you could answer them all. Thank you for your time and letting me vent. It would be fantastic if your product actually met my (and a lot of other women’s) needs.
