How to tell if I'm warm or cool now that my hair's turning white?

I have fair skin and have usually worn neutral to cool tones because my hair used to be a light brown with natural red highlights. Now that I'm turning white (in a nice looking way because it's pure white, not grey) the brown that's there has more red highlights. How do I know if I'm still warm or cool - and do I need to make changes in my colors for foundation as well as my hazel eyes?
