You have many options.

Try creating a smoky eye makeup look, using darker shades like black, charcoal, gray, chocolate brown, navy, green or plum.

Apply all around the eyes, focusing most of the makeup at the outer corners of your eyes. Smudge and blend well.

Another great trick is to apply white eyeliner to the INNER rims of your lower eye lids. This will make the white part of your eyes appear larger. Then line the eyes with a darker color as usual.
