Clown Makeup - Achieve the Funniest, Cutest Looks!
Clown makeup is so hilarious. If you are planning on being a clown for a party or for halloween, then look
no further for tips and tricks on achieving the funniest, cutest face with mineral makeup!
Let's begin!
You'll probably be wearing your makeup for at least a couple hours, so you want it to all last and adhere to your
skin really well. So begin by...
- Cleansing

Use a good natural soap or whatever your favorite cleanser is and get your face really fresh and clean.
Then...apply a great
- Moisturizer
-Any type of cream or oil or hydrator like aloe vera gel will work. Apply
all over face and neck area and allow to soak in completely. (5 to 10 minutes).
- Primer
-For this type of makeup, you really need to use
a good primer to ensure that everything stays put 100%, no matter how hot and sweaty you get in your clown
suit.
- Foundation or Concealer
-
Select a very light, even white loose powder or cream foundation or concealer and apply all over. A concealer
will simply give more coverage. But either will work, depending upon the brand. Apply either just on the face
or smooth all the way down onto the neck. You want your entire face to be pale and white and smooth.
- Blush
-Your cheeks should be rosy and red! Choose a much
stronger blush color than you would normally use in real life. A true red, hot pink, deep mauve, or any other
such bold color. Apply just to apples of cheeks for a cute look or swirl and blend a little more if you like.
- Lipstick
-Use a strong, bold lipstick color like primary
red. Apply several coats, blotting between each coat. Enlarge your lips using a lip liner pencil if you like. Create
funny shapes, such as frowns, smilies, laugh lines, etc. Then fill in with your liner pencil and finish with
lipstick.
- Eyes
-FUN FUN FUN!! You can do virtually any look here that you like. Gather up your eyeliner
pencils, brow pencils and brilliant eye shadows and go to town! You are going for a cartoon-like
appearance, so have a blast. Choose any shade of the rainbow! Apply it in various shapes, patterns, designs. Even
draw on or stick on little hearts, stars, flowers, party-themed images, etc. Use the eye pencils to draw
really large eye lashes or tears or squint lines. Apply false eye lashes if you like, in any color!
Then stick your nose on (or draw one on!), get dressed, and put your clown wig on, for a hilarious,
too-funny-for words look!!
